Teachers Parent Meeting Plan
1) For Nursery to V Std. :
Every Second Saturday of each month in the respective class rooms.
School Timing on these days.
Pre-Primary Classes – Holiday.

Friday timing : 10:00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

2) For Std VI to XII
Every Fourth Saturday of each month in the respective class rooms.
Classes VI to X std.
Friday timing 7:50 am to 10.20 am
Important:- The Teachers & parents meeting for the progressive development of the students for Nursery to XII students will held two times in each session i.e. One in first session & Two in second session on probably Saturdays. The day for the said meeting may be declared 2 days before The Parents must attend the meeting without fail.
Various curricular and co-curricular competitions will be held on these days for the students. Topics will be given in the first week of every month.
Student must not remain absent and active co-operation of the guardians is expected.
